Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research, source, and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You’ll use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality. 2 years in SDR/BDR helps you excel in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualificações

• 2 years in a SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools including Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
