Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Systems or Renewables.
7+ years of progressive experience in design and engineering of renewable energy projects.
Knowledge of grid-tied systems, energy storage, and power electronics.
Proficiency with electrical design and simulation software relevant to renewables.
Experience in project lifecycle management for renewable energy installations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills suited for a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the electrical design and engineering for renewable energy projects, including solar PV, wind farms, and BESS.
Develop detailed electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, protection and control schemes , and equipment specifications.
Perform technical due diligence and feasibility studies for potential renewable energy projects.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project developers, EPC contractors, and grid operators.
Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., NRS, IEC).
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the remote team structure.

Requirements
