Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering design and development for utility-scale and distributed renewable energy projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years focused on renewable energy systems (solar PV, wind).
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects remotely.
• Expertise in power electronics, grid interconnection standards, and energy storage systems.
• Strong understanding of relevant software for system modeling and simulation (e.g., HOMER, PVsyst).
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
