Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or Smart Grids.
• 10+ years in the electrical utility sector with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of smart grid tech, grid modernization and DERs.

Responsibilities

• Define and architect the technical roadmap for smart grid solutions.
• Lead design of advanced distribution and transmission systems.
• Mentor and manage a team of electrical engineers.
• Collaborate with product management and R&D to drive development.
• Oversee pilots and deployments of smart grid technologies.
• Ensure scalability, security and reliability of systems.
