Placements24 seeks a seasoned Remote Lead Educational Program Manager to oversee strategic planning, design, and evaluation of educational initiatives for underserved communities. The role requires steering a remote, globally dispersed team and managing complex budgets and KPIs.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive educational program management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven strategic planning, program design, implementation and M&E in diverse contexts.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with budgets.
• Strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with program management software and online collaboration tools.
• Grant writing and fundraising experience is desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, global environment.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

About the Role

Our client, an international non-profit organization focused on educational advancement, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Remote Lead Educational Program Manager . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of key educational programs aimed at improving access and quality of education in underserved communities. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in International Education, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in educational program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in international development or non-profit settings.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, program design, implementation, and M&E in diverse cultural contexts.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in program management software and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience in grant writing and fundraising is highly desirable.
