• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, CS, Bioinformatics or related field.
• 7+ years of data science experience with genomics and NGS data analysis.
• Proven track record leading data science teams and projects.
• Strong programming and ML library expertise in Python/R.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and bioinformaticians focused on genomic data analysis.
• Develop and deploy scalable ML models for variant interpretation, disease prediction, and patient stratification.
