Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Lead Civil Engineer to guide large-scale infrastructure programs from a fully remote team. You will drive design, planning, and execution of major projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with standards while coordinating across borders.

You will mentor a multinational engineering group, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to deliver impactful infrastructure outcomes using AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA is required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading remote engineering teams and large projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Bentley software.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering of complex civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a civil engineering team.
• Oversee development of project plans, specs, and reports.
• Ensure designs comply with codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for engineering tasks.
