Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Business Analyst Lead to own a strategic domain, shaping product direction from concept to implementation. You will partner with stakeholders, BI and tech teams to identify opportunities, deliver value, and mentor analysts across regions.

You will lead data-driven decision making, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in fast-paced, multi-market environments in Africa.

Qualifications

• Degree or tertiary qualification in a related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management, BA, Consulting, Tech, Ops, or related field.
• Experience delivering products or initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Experience defining roadmaps and prioritising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction, roadmap, and delivery of a designated business domain.
• Define priorities and trade-offs based on business value, customer impact, and complexity.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improved experiences.
• Analyse journeys, processes and systems to uncover improvements.
• Investigate challenges, analyse data, and propose practical solutions.
• Manage dependencies across teams and align initiatives with business objectives.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to design, implement, and validate solutions.
• Lead and develop Business Analysts and foster high performance.
• Monitor performance against defined success metrics.
• Build stakeholder relationships and drive open communication.
• Drive continuous improvement through optimization and automation.
• Contribute to strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
