Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years in software engineering with at least 4 years in blockchain.
• Experience leading engineering teams on complex projects.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Go, Rust and blockchain frameworks.
• Strong cryptography, distributed systems, and consensus knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of blockchain networks and dApps.
• Mentor and manage a blockchain engineering team.
• Define standards and architecture for blockchain development.
• Oversee SDLC from concept to deployment and maintenance.
