Placements24 is seeking a proactive Blockchain Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and implement bespoke blockchain solutions in a remote-first environment. You will work with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and architect scalable, secure systems.
The role focuses on PoCs, deployment oversight, and ongoing guidance across projects, leveraging Ethereum or Hyperledger Fabric and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong communication is essential for client-facing engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in software engineering with at least 2 years in blockchain development or architecture.
- Strong grasp of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric) and smart contracts.
- Proficiency in Python, Go or Java; cloud and DevOps exposure.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and teams to gather blockchain requirements.
- Design and architect scalable, secure blockchain-based systems.
- Develop PoCs and prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and value.
- Oversee deployment of blockchain solutions per technical specs.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies for potential adoption.
