Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on distributed systems or cryptography.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain protocol development.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms (e.g., PoS, PoW), and networking protocols.
• Proficiency in systems programming languages like Go, Rust, or C++.
• Experience with cryptographic libraries and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong aptitude for theoretical concepts, crucial for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the core blockchain protocol, including consensus algorithms and network layers.
