Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on blockchain technology.
• Expertise in designing and implementing solutions using major blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana).
• Deep understanding of smart contract development, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex architectural projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
