The ideal candidate has extensive experience in architectural design, cryptography, consensus algorithms, and tokenomics, with hands-on experience across Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, and Solana, and cloud-native microservices.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the architectural roadmap for the company's blockchain ecosystem.
• Design robust, scalable, and secure blockchain solutions, including network infrastructure, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract frameworks.
• Evaluate and recommend blockchain technologies, platforms, and tools to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations to implement designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to blockchain teams.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements in architectural decisions.
