Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with at least 5 years in blockchain and distributed ledger systems.
• Expertise in multiple blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot) and related protocols.
• Proven track record architecting enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and network security principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related field is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall technical strategy and architectural roadmap for blockchain initiatives.
