Placements24 is seeking a Lead BIM Architect to spearhead BIM initiatives and set organization-wide BIM standards remotely. The role drives workflows, model coordination, and digital collaboration across distributed teams, enabling efficient design-to-construction delivery.

You will champion advanced BIM tools, mentor staff, and guide projects from concept through completion with a focus on innovation and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in architecture with 5+ years BIM management experience.
• Proven BIM standards development and implementation experience.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across disciplines.
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks and Solibri.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of BIM technologies and workflows across all project phases.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM-related issues.
• Oversee federated models, ensuring clash detection and coordination.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration through BIM platforms and tools.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance BIM capabilities.
• Stay abreast of BIM advancements and propose innovative solutions.
• Manage the BIM content library for accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to the firm's digital transformation strategy.
• Ensure BIM models meet project requirements for take-offs, analysis, and visualization.
