Placements24 is seeking an experienced BIM Architect to join a remote-first team. You will lead BIM strategies, develop and coordinate complex BIM models, and collaborate with global design teams to ensure high-quality deliverables from your home office.

You will mentor project teams on BIM best practices, stay ahead of BIM trends, and contribute to digital transformation within architectural design. This role offers flexible remote work and international collaboration.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Architecture with strong BIM emphasis.
7+ years in architectural practice, at least 5 years in BIM leadership/implementation.
Proficient in BIM software (Revit) and tools (Navisworks, Dynamo).
Deep understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and building codes.
Experience managing BIM projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
A portfolio of significant BIM-integrated projects.
Experience with VDC concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of BIM strategies and workflows.
Create, manage, and coordinate complex BIM models with accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and consultants to integrate information and resolve clashes.
Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
Provide technical guidance and training on BIM best practices.
Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards.
Contribute to architectural design using BIM for visualization and analysis.
Stay updated with BIM technology and propose innovative solutions.
Facilitate communication within a remote project team.
Manage BIM execution plans and ensure lifecycle compliance.
