Qualifications

10+ years in automotive powertrain engineering with hybrid and electric focus.
Experience leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
Expertise in powertrain design, simulation and performance analysis.
In-depth knowledge of electric motors, batteries and energy management systems.
Knowledge of ICE technology and emissions standards.
Strong leadership and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, simulation, development, and validation of advanced automotive powertrains (HEV, PHEV, BEV).
Define powertrain architecture and KPIs aligned with vehicle objectives.
Mentor and manage a team of powertrain engineers.
Oversee powertrain control strategies for performance, efficiency and emissions.
Collaborate with chassis, electrical, and software teams for seamless integration.
Analyze test data and simulations to drive design iterations.
Stay updated on new powertrain technologies and regulatory requirements.
Present technical results and project updates to senior management.
