Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Lead 3D Modeler for a renowned game development studio. You will lead a world-class hard-surface modeling team, drive pipelines, and ensure peak visual fidelity across vehicles, weapons, architecture and props.

With 7+ years in game modeling and a track record in leadership, you will optimize for real-time rendering in Maya/3ds Max/Blender, work with Unreal or Unity, and mentor artists from a remote setting while shaping the studio's visual

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in 3D modeling for games.
• Proven leadership or senior role experience.
• Strong portfolio of hard-surface assets (vehicles, weapons, props).

Responsibilities
