Placements24 is seeking an experienced Land Development Engineer to join a fully remote engineering team. The role focuses on transforming land into sustainable developments, including site planning, infrastructure design, and regulatory approvals, with collaboration across architects, planners, and environmental consultants.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in land development, strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills, and a track record with regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in land development engineering and site design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and site design software.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and permit processing.

Responsibilities

• Design site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility systems for various developments.
• Prepare detailed engineering plans and documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with municipal agencies and utilities to obtain permits and approvals.
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies for project viability.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including environmental standards.
• Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and construction teams in a remote environment.
