The role is remote-friendly for Gauteng-based candidates, requires accuracy, organisation and the ability to work independently on high-volume tasks, with emphasis on data capture and documentation in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years’ admin, data capture, supplier compliance or document control experience.
• Basic understanding of B-BBEE documentation (EME/QSE affidavits, verification certificates) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contact suppliers to request updated B-BBEE certificates or affidavits.
• Source missing or outdated supplier contact information.
• Capture verified supplier information on internal systems and upload documents to repository.
• Maintain complete, traceable digital supplier records and communicate professionally with suppliers.
