Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience, including internships or co-op programs.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and basic engineering principles.
• Strong analytical aptitude and a keenness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively from a remote location.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in the design and development of mechanical components and systems using CAD software.
• Conduct basic engineering calculations and preliminary analyses to support design validation.
• Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Participate in virtual design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
• Support testing and data acquisition efforts under remote supervision.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and company design standards in a virtual environment.
