Ideal candidates hold a BEng in Chemical Engineering, have 0–3 years of experience, and are eager to learn with strong analytical and communication skills in a virtual team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 0-3 years of experience in chemical engineering, internships, or co-ops.
• Basic understanding of chemical process principles and engineering software.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in a remote work setting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Effective communication skills, particularly in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in design, development, and implementation of chemical processes.
• Support data collection and analysis for process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports under guidance.
• Learn and apply company safety, environmental compliance, and QA standards remotely.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of chemical engineering through project assignments.
