You will own the full lifecycle of IT recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build a strong pipeline of passive and active IT talent across Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle IT recruitment from sourcing to extending offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT candidates across roles and domains.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess fit and capabilities.
• Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the process.
