You will lead sourcing efforts across multiple channels, screen candidates technically, and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent while maintaining strong candidate experiences.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in technical recruiting, focusing on IT and software development.
- Strong sourcing skills and proven success in placing software engineers, developers, data scientists, and related roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment CRM tools; ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and software development roles across front-end, back-end, full-stack, mobile, and data science positions.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities.
- Conduct technical screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics; manage candidate pipelines and feedback.
