Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management.
• Proven experience managing remote IT teams and distributed infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, network administration, and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of technical operations, including infrastructure, networks, and systems administration.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
