Placements24 is seeking a Senior Digital Operations Manager to spearhead our remote digital operations strategy. You will lead a team of digital operations specialists, driving cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and scalable online services from anywhere.

You will guide deployment, monitoring, and security efforts, ensuring high availability and compliance while shaping our digital transformation and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years in digital operations, IT infra, or DevOps; at least 3 years in management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of digital platforms for high availability and scalability.
• Lead and mentor the digital operations team; foster collaboration and innovation.
• Develop and implement cloud infrastructure strategies; monitor and optimize deployments.
• Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tooling.
• Manage security protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
