Job summary

D2B is seeking an IT Manager to lead internal IT operations and support client MSP services. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic cybersecurity alignment across ISO 27001 and the Microsoft security stack.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, and endpoint security while driving security, reliability, and scalable IT solutions for internal and client environments. Remote-first with AU/NZ team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT leadership roles (IT Manager, Senior IT) with hands-on operations
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and cybersecurity governance
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Copilot, Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID and Intune
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, AD, networking, and endpoint management
• Experience supporting MSP environments or leading help desk/service desk teams is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage internal IT infrastructure, systems, and day-to-day operations.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies aligned with ISO 27001.
• Administer Microsoft security ecosystem (Purview, Copilot, Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, Intune).
• Monitor performance, security, and compliance; mitigate risks.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration, IAM, and endpoint security.
• Provide leadership and escalation support for managed services and help desk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to deliver secure IT solutions.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, security procedures, and DR plans.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and security.
• Ensure systems comply with security standards and best practices.
