Job summary

Virtustant is seeking an IT Helpdesk Remote Technician L2/L3 to support US customers from South Africa. You will handle remote escalations, engage via phone, video, and tickets, and operate in a fast-paced MSP environment using ConnectWise and a modern tool stack.

The role requires L2/L3 experience, excellent English, a stable work history, and availability for US Eastern business hours. This is a full-time remote position with training and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• L2/L3 help desk or IT support experience required.
• Fluent spoken and written English with a professional tone for US clients.
• Stable work history with limited short stints.
• Willingness to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Eastern regularly.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated L2/L3 tickets from diagnosis to fix.
• Take inbound calls and join video meetings with end users.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, cloud PC, endpoint, network and user-account issues.
• Log, update and close tickets in ConnectWise per documented processes.
• Own problems through to resolution, including outages when needed.
• Collaborate with teammates on Teams and share knowledge.
