Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Remote Retail Inventory Analyst to optimize stock levels across our diverse retail channels. You will analyze data, forecast demand, and implement inventory strategies to reduce stockouts and overstock while supporting profitability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel/SQL/Power BI skills, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and hands-on experience with ERP or inventory systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
Experience with data visualization and ERP/inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyse inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels across all locations.
Develop and maintain accurate inventory reports and dashboards for management review.
Implement strategies to reduce stockouts, minimize overstock, and improve inventory turnover rates.
Collaborate with supply chain, purchasing, and sales teams to align inventory plans with business objectives.
Monitor stock movements, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Utilize inventory management software and analytical tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
