You will coordinate import/export processes, prepare documentation, and liaise with carriers and brokers to maintain timely, compliant deliveries.

The role requires strong knowledge of trade procedures, Incoterms, and excellent cross-cultural communication while thriving in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating international shipments and managing trade documentation
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance
• Familiarity with Incoterms and trade compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cultures
• Proficient with logistics software and standard productivity tools
• Independent, highly organized with ability to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of international shipments, import/export processes, and timelines.
• Prepare Bills of Lading, customs declarations, origin certificates, and invoices.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and airlines to ensure smooth transit.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays, holds, or other challenges.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and import/export controls.
