Job summary

Placements24 is seeking remote Customer Service Representatives to join a fully remote team across South Africa. You will be the primary contact for policyholders, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through processes from home.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual, team-oriented environment. Company-provided equipment and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly tone.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about policies, coverage, billing, and account management.
• Assist with policy changes, updates, and processing requests efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Educate customers on available services and products.
