Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, especially in insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong listening.
• Proficiency with virtual tools (Zoom/Teams) and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through online channels.
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess needs and recommend policies.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly.
• Guide clients through application and underwriting with accurate documentation.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new policies.
• Maintain long-lasting client relationships through follow-up and service.
