• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Law, English, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance policy analysis, underwriting support, or similar.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, terminology, and policy structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret insurance policy wordings for various lines of business.
• Identify ambiguities, inconsistencies, or potential issues within policy documents.
• Provide policy enhancements and improvements for clarity and compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, underwriting, and product teams to draft/update policy language.
• Research regulatory changes and industry best practices affecting policy development.
• Maintain a database of policy forms and related documentation.
• Assist in creating training materials and guidelines for internal stakeholders.
