You will manage a remote team, drive process improvements, implement best practices, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver superior service to clients and stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in insurance.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage distributed operations.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the insurance business to ensure efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and refine policies and procedures to boost productivity.
