The ideal candidate has at least four years in insurance claims investigation or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently from a home office.

Qualifications

• Independent work ethic and remote work capability required.
• Experience in insurance claims investigation or related field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive investigations into assigned insurance claims, interviewing claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties.
• Gather and analyze evidence (documentation, photos, etc.) to determine claim validity.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, conclusions and recommendations.
• Liaise with policyholders, legal representatives and stakeholders for information and updates.
• Assess credibility of information and ensure compliance with policies and legal frameworks.
• Manage caseload and meet reporting deadlines.
• Use various investigative techniques and resources to uncover facts.
