Requirements include a Master’s in a related field and 5+ years of higher-ed online course design, with proficiency in Storyline, Rise, Captivate, and multiple LMS platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with significant focus on higher education online courses.
• Proficiency in adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM) and best practices.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and remote-work skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio of online course design projects.
• Multimedia content creation experience is a plus.
