Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in instructional design, higher education or online learning environments
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate) and LMS (Moodle, Canvas)
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, online pedagogy, and UDL
- Excellent project management and collaboration for remote teamwork
Responsibilities
- Design and develop online course content and modules for university-level programs
- Collaborate with faculty to translate subject matter into interactive online learning experiences
- Create multimedia assets including video scripts, interactive simulations and assessments
- Implement best practices in instructional design, learning technologies and accessibility standards
- Manage multiple course development projects with timely delivery and quality
