Placements24 is seeking a creative Online Curriculum Developer to design and produce engaging educational content for online courses. This fully remote role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into accessible learning modules.

You will own all stages of curriculum design—from outlining objectives to creating assessments and multimedia elements—contributing to innovative online education from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of online curriculum development and instructional design experience.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop online course curricula with objectives, content outlines, and assessment strategies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
