Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer, creating digital learning content.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, cognitive psychology, and multimedia learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, workshops, and training materials using modern instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content, define learning objectives, and ensure accuracy.
