You will leverage your technical expertise to guide clients through installation processes, perform remote configurations, and resolve initial setup issues. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of technical systems, allowing you to provide remote, hands‑on support without being physically present at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through remote installation procedures for hardware and software components.
• Perform complex system configurations and parameter adjustments via remote access tools.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during the initial setup and integration phase.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for installation processes and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical installation , configuration, and support, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of networking principles, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and relevant software applications .
• Proficiency with remote desktop tools and configuration management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges remotely.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience in a customer‑facing technical support role is highly desirable.
