Our client is seeking an experienced and technically adept Remote Installation Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting clients across various regions. This pivotal role involves guiding customers through the setup, configuration, and initial troubleshooting of our advanced systems and equipment from a remote location. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and successful deployment experience, providing expert technical assistance via phone, email, and video conferencing. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote guidance and support for the installation and configuration of complex equipment and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during the remote installation process, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation guides, troubleshooting FAQs, and best practice articles.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to elevate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Conduct remote training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of installed systems.
• Manage a queue of installation requests, prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements and client expectations.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in remote technical support or installation roles, preferably within the installation and maintenance sector.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network configurations relevant to our product suite.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide users remotely.
• Proficiency in using remote access tools, ticketing systems, and communication platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
