Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
- 6+ years in industrial engineering or similar optimization roles.
- Lean and Six Sigma experience with certifications favored (Black Belt preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes using data analytics and simulation tools.
- Identify bottlenecks in production, logistics and service delivery.
- Propose data-driven recommendations for re-engineering and automation.
- Apply lean and Six Sigma to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Document processes, SOPs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with virtual cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Lead remote workshops and training on new processes.
