Placements24 seeks a proactive Remote Industrial Process Engineer to design, analyze, and optimize industrial processes from home, driving efficiency across sites. You will model processes, run simulations, and collaborate with dispersed teams using digital tools to deliver measurable performance gains for Richards Bay facilities and beyond.

This senior role requires 6+ years in industrial engineering, lean/Six Sigma experience, and excellent remote communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on process design and optimization.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote work environment with strong self-discipline and communication skills.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic recommendations for operational improvements.
