Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process optimization and operations.
• Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
• Experience with process modeling/simulation software.
• Strong remote communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Design and implement optimized production and logistics processes.
• Develop simulation models to test proposed changes.
• Create process flowcharts, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with remote and on-site teams.
• Track KPIs related to efficiency, cost, and quality improvements.
