Qualifications

• 4+ years maintaining, repairing, or supporting industrial machinery, automation systems, or complex electronic equipment.
• Diagnose issues remotely and guide users through complex procedures.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, PLCs, HMI, and sensor technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for non-technical users.
• Proficiency with remote access software, video conferencing, and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to work autonomously with a remote workload and reliable home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote troubleshooting and diagnostic support for industrial equipment via phone, video, and remote access.
• Identify root causes and guide clients through repair procedures.
