Placements24 seeks a seasoned Remote Industrial Engineering Consultant to advise diverse clients on process optimization and cost reduction. You will deliver data-driven strategies, leverage Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints, and drive performance improvements from your home office.

You will lead workshops, create implementation roadmaps, and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels. Remote, contract-based with potential on-site engagements.

Formación

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• PhD is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial engineering with management consulting/advisory.
• Proven track record delivering complex operational improvement projects.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), Theory of Constraints.
• Advanced analytical skills including statistical modeling, simulation, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; able to influence at all levels.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a remote consulting environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth assessments of client operations in manufacturing, supply chain, and service processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Develop data-driven strategies and action plans for client challenges.
• Design and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and TOC-based solutions.
• Facilitate virtual and on-site workshops and training sessions.
• Prepare reports and presentations outlining findings and roadmaps.
• Manage client relationships and ensure project delivery within scope and budget.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
