Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Industrial Engineering Consultant to join a distributed team. Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- PhD is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial engineering consulting or senior in-house operational improvement roles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of client operations, identifying inefficiencies and areas for cost reduction.
- Develop tailored process improvement strategies including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and supply chain optimization.
- Utilize data analytics, simulation, and modeling to support recommendations.
- Prepare detailed project proposals, reports, and presentations for client stakeholders.
- Lead virtual workshops and training sessions for client teams.
- Guide implementation of recommended solutions and manage timelines and client relationships.
