Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Chemical Process Consultant to advise diverse chemical manufacturing clients. You will analyze processes, identify efficiency gains, and develop strategies to reduce costs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
10+ years in process engineering with consulting experience.
Expertise in process simulation, modeling and data analytics tools.
Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations.
Proven ability to manage remote projects and client relations.
Strong written and verbal communication with presentations.

Responsibilities

Conduct remote process audits and performance analyses for client facilities.
Develop tailored recommendations for process optimization, debottlenecking, and energy efficiency improvements.
Provide expert guidance on process safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
Assist clients in selecting and implementing appropriate technologies and equipment.
Prepare detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and project proposals.
Offer virtual training and support to client engineering and operations teams.
