Placements24 is seeking a Community Inclusion Facilitator to join its fully remote team supporting Randburg and surrounding communities. You will advocate for social inclusion, connect clients to resources, and coordinate remote support to empower individuals with disabilities or those facing exclusion.

The role requires strong virtual communication, empathy, and the ability to manage a remote caseload while collaborating with partner organizations to remove barriers and promote equal

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Disability Studies, Community Development, or related field.
• Proven advocacy/support experience for individuals with disabilities or marginalized groups.
• Exceptional virtual communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with online collaboration tools, video conferencing, and case management software.
• Understanding of disability rights and inclusion principles.
• Ability to work autonomously with a remote caseload and show empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to foster social inclusion remotely.
• Provide virtual guidance to clients in accessing community programs and employment opportunities.
• Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to identify barriers to inclusion.
• Facilitate online peer support groups and skill-building workshops.
• Maintain client records and prepare activity reports using secure digital tools.
• Advocate for rights and needs to ensure equitable access to resources.
