Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (International Development, Public Policy, Statistics, Economics or Social Sciences).
• Minimum 5 years in impact measurement, program evaluation or M&E in non-profit settings.
• Proven skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency with statistical software (SPSS, R, Stata) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of impact measurement frameworks (Logic Models, Theory of Change).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine impact measurement frameworks and methodologies.
• Design data collection tools and protocols (surveys, interviews, case studies).
• Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data on program impact.
• Interpret data and generate reports on outcomes and effectiveness.
• Create visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with teams to set program goals and KPIs.
• Provide training on impact measurement best practices.
